The Inclusive Design Institute (IDI) at OCAD University will host a forum to gather comment on the progress towards achieving the goals for accessibility set out in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its standards.
The event will begin with a opening remarks by Dean Mayo Moran of the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and then follow with an open forum with the stakeholder presenters. Dean Moran is conducting the second independent review of the province’s accessibility legislation Our goal is to document and send the conclusions and comments from this public forum to Dean Moran before June 1, 2014.
